Business Support Administrator
12 month fixed term contract

Our role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support. With previous experience working in a busy, challenging environment, you will be highly organised and able to perform a wide range of administrative tasks. These will include scheduling and organising the programme of work for DLO employees, and procurement of PPE and materials.
Additionally, the role holder will be responsible for producing key reporting data in accordance with our regulatory and GSOP performance using relevant systems and processes on a regular stringent timescale.
This is a varied role which is suitable for someone who can be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
We'd like to hear from you if you:
Have previous experience working in utilities or construction industries and knowledge of distribution networks (Desirable)
Have previous experience working in an administrative setting (Essential)
Have experience working in a commercially focussed organisation (Desirable);
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
Be self-motivated and can work independently, whilst under pressure to meet relevant business targets, often using your own initiative
Have a high level of organisation and ability to prioritise competing workloads whilst working dynamically across multiple teams with varied skillsets
Computer literate and proficient with a full range of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Essential)
5 A* to C GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths (Essential)
