A day in the life of…
As Hotel General Manager at the Holiday Inn London-Luton Airport your role will be to deliver strategic direction in a high volume environment within a highly competitive market. You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment. You will lead and develop a great team across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people and RGI.
Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your commercial acumen to support business growth.
What do we need from you?
To be succsessful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience as a GM within a similar environment. Your role will also include managing multiple stakeholders, therefore experience working closely with owners or in a 3rd party management model will be crucial to the success of this role.
