rare opportunity for someone to have complete ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a well-

established B2B SaaS brand.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating and owning Acumen’s marketing strategy.
  • Owning and being the guardian of the Acumen Brand, driving adoption within the business
  • Driving brand awareness across and consideration within our target market, industry parties and other

relevant 3rd Parties

  • Developing our optimal channel strategy and execute to uncover new audiences, widen our sales funnel and

nuture leads

  • Working in close collaboration with our Business Development and Sales team, supporting our sales targets

through the generation of consistent and high-quality SQLs

  • Working with our sales teams to support deal wins and client relationships
  • Managing our social media account & website to generate high impact & quality content, improving our

engagement and traffic metrics.

  • Working with the internal teams and our clients to develop case studies (written and video)
  • Taking ownership of our events schedule to deliver optimal virtual and physical touch points across our

industry

  • Creating content to support our events and webinars, plus managing the logistics of these events
  • Supporting our PR strategy by building and elevating relationships with relevant 3rd party channels
  • Creating and apply the right analytics & reporting approach to measure marketing effectiveness and make

recommendations across tactical, operational and strategic marketing activities

  • Contributing to and influencing our product proposition and development by being the voice of the

customer and championing their perspective

  • Working with our Talent team on our culture and employee value proposition

Required Skills
  • Background in B2B marketing
  • Experience working in an (start-up and scale-up) environment where the pace is fast and your creativity to

deliver results is highly valued

  • Marketing experience across all channels
  • Strategic thinker who can create a holistic strategy
  • Demonstrate your ability to lead and influence stakeholders to achieve a set of goals
  • Creative thinker with tactical knowledge and the ability to prioritise projects
  • Understands (or at the very least appreciates) sales dynamics and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Constant learner and consistently staying ahead of fast-paced buyer behaviour changes and marketing

trends

  • Data-driven decision-maker
  • Track record of creating impactful and engagement-generating marketing campaigns
  • Able to identify, target and build a relationship with publications and industry bodies to advance our brand

awareness.
