Job description
Located in Dublin California since 1976, Custom Fireplace BBQ & Spa is the largest Bay Area retailer of Fireplaces, Outdoor Kitchen equipment, Swim Spas, Hot Tubs and more.
We are looking for someone with spa sales experience that wants to run a showroom and be a leader. We will train you on outdoor kitchen sales and get you up to speed within six weeks. You must have impeccable customer service and be a team player. Once you are trained on our systems you will run your own program without any micromanaging, you will also have the support of the business owner and other employees that are there to step in when needed to assist.
The Position:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the hot tub and spa sales division of the company
- Sell products and services to contractors and homeowners
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom
Qualifications:
- Must have experience selling hot tubs and swim spas
- Management experience is a plus
- Self-starter, willingness to help where needed
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain solid customer relationships, ability to talk to contractors, builders and designers about product and installation procedures
- Computer skills required. Ability to use our POS system and the Microsoft Suite of tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
