Host/ess – Monday to Friday
Host/ess Salary: £23,100 + Service Charge
We are delighted to be advertising for a Waiter / Waitress – NYnLON at Hyatt’s newest UK hotel located in London Blackfriars. NYnLON offers an eclectic neighbourhood menu comprising of fresh ingredients in a vibrant, relaxed cosmopolitan setting.

Duties and tasks related to the Host / Hostess role include
- Maintaining and updating the restaurant guest history records
- Maintaining an up-to-date reservation book
- Typing and co-ordinating the printing of all restaurant menus
- Handling guest enquiries either by telephone or in person
- Making table reservations and thereby effectively controlling and maximizing the flow of guests
