Host/Hostess
Manhattan Loft Gardens (MLG), known as ‘London Sexiest Skyscraper’, is Europe’s most ambitious 42-storey skyscraper featuring 248 Loft apartments, a 145-bedroom hotel, three exclusive sky gardens, a breath-taking lobby bar and restaurant, a 7th level destination restaurant, mezzanine club and 4 event rooms. MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.
The Stratford Hotel is a design hotel set within the first 6 floors of MLG. At The Stratford we do things a little differently, we value authenticity and encourage our people to bring their personality to work.

Kitchen E20 shares the ground floor with the magnificent triple-height lobby and 10-metre fireplace. The seasonal menu is characterised by local produce and European influences, blending classic staples with a touch of the unexpected.
We are looking for proactive and driven Host/Hostess to join our Team.

What you’ll do…
- Manage the bookings and influx of walk-in guests in the Restaurant
- Offer friendly and personable welcome to our guests
- Ensure good communication with all your superiors and colleagues
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage offer
- Ensure that all Company standards and procedures are met whilst on service.
What we are looking for…
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Friendly, approachable, and with a positive attitude always
- Passionate about offering personal and caring customer service that will make guests come back for more
- Organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail
- Reliable team player, that Managers and colleagues can count on

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
