***We have a position for a Team Leader / Spa Manager. Please express interest upon applying if you are interested in that position as well.

JOB DUTIES:

Perform spa/beauty services on kids and teens such as painting nails, styling pretty hairstyles, nail art, applying age-appropriate makeup and teaching girls about skincare while conducting a group facial activity.
Making crafts with children such as all-natural beauty products (ie. lip balm, body butter, perfume and more).
Picking up of party supplies from the company warehouse, transporting supplies in your vehicle to party locations (which is typically in the homes of our clients), and back.
Set-up/clean-up of party supplies at the party location; general ongoing organization of supplies to ensure all kits/supplies are replenished and in good working order.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Ownership of a vehicle an asset.
Skilled in all or most of the above mentioned beauty services (highschool cosmo or esthetic/hairstyling/makeup/event planning schooling an asset but not necessary if you have a flair for beauty)
Ability to carry up to 40lbs.
Must have an outgoing, friendly, fun and playful personality!

COMPENSATION:

Staff hourly rates ($18-$25/hour) plus client tips, which will vary from party to party, but typically + $5 to $12 more per hour on top of the hourly rate (estimated $23-$37/hour combined)
Gratuities are always paid by clients in cash only, at the time of each party. Paid out each day.
Tax-free mileage: In addition to hourly+cash tips, staff are paid on a per km rate when driving company supplies to and from party locations/the company warehouse.

NOTE: Our storage location where party supplies will need to be picked up from/dropped off to is located in the Yorkdale region of Toronto, right off the 401 highway.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 4-8 per week

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
