We are hiring a talented and enthusiastic Events Host to join our forward-thinking brand. This is an excellent opportunity to help grow our events business and elevate it to the next level.

Role Overview
Our events host will have a warm and welcoming personality. As the main point of contact for any Event, you will be responsible for creating an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.
You will be communicating with the senior management and organisers during your time at the event. You should coordinate with different departments for a successful event. You will also be responsible for addressing the guest’s concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Your responsibilities also include assigning duties to your team members and maintaining professionalism at all times. You should be able to work at flexible timings and hold a positive approach. If you are charming and enjoy hosting people, then we would love to meet you.
Main Responsibilities
Birthday Parties
Welcoming and escorting guests to the event/venue space
Accommodating guests requests politely and professionally
Coordinating with different departments for the smooth running of special events
Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event
Creating a positive, relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves
Answering questions and addressing concerns of guests in a charming, polite manner
Maintaining an approachable and presentable demeanour
Double-checking that all health and safety measures are observed and that staff are well-versed in emergency protocols
Coordinating different teams and ensuring they all work together harmoniously
The ideal event host will be…
Experienced as an event host or a similar role
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a flexible, approachable and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to cater to guests
