Job description
We are the Team behind the Team striving to create champions on and off the field.
We are looking for a Hospitality Operative to join our hardworking events and hospitality team to support in all stadium events with primary focus on preparation and delivery on match days. The key purpose of this role is to assist with setting up meeting rooms and conference areas whilst ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy and to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests and members.
Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown's sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
*Support the Event Managers and Event Assistants with a variety of events throughout the stadium. Focusing on quality of service for all our guests,clients and fans.
*Work collaboratively with all team members ensuring communication is strong
*Follow all EHO processes and procedures at all times.
*Follows the standard operations procedures within all tasks to ensure a consistent high quality is delivered whilst on duty
*A great desire to work in Hospitliaty & Events at a large scale venue.
*Experience of working within a Food & Beverage department ideally within large banqueting events to a 5* standard *Experience of working within a team
*Great communication and interpersonal skills
*Organised, able to work to deadlines, and have a keen eye for detail.
*Flexible to working extra hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £19,500.00 per year
