We are seeking our next Operations Manager who is extremely organised but also has a bit of entrepreneurial flair.
This is a business opportunity rather than just a job. The successful candidate, after a period of time and meeting specific goals and objectives, will be given “sweat equity” in the business.
We are a business that is 17 years old and have great people working for and with us.
What we are looking for in our next Operations Manager:
- Someone who will reinstate or reinvent our SOPs;
- Must be seasoned;
- Will be autonomous and multi-skilled from customer service through to reading financial analysis; and
- Driven to grow the business and open new sites with the ultimate goal of becoming the Managing Director for the Group.
Our desire is to once again grow the business as we have a great reputation and following across South-West London. The successful candidate will work with the Owner of the business and our Consultant Chef to develop our current offering as well as grow.
This role requires you to initially roll your sleeves up and work with our teams to sharpen up our processes and procedures. Once this has been completed then grow and develop the business and move into the Managing Director role.
Salary is up to £80k per annum based on experience.
