About the role
We are recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to join the Benugo team at our corporate client locations in the City. The closest stations are Bank and Cannon Street.
- The operation is open Monday to Friday and offers an excellent work-life balance, as well as generous pay and benefits.
- Shift patterns – between 6.30 – 7 pm, between 30-40 hours per week over 5 days
- Monday to Friday, some evening events, overtime rate paid
- £12.20 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is provided to at all times.
- To demonstrate a can‐do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
- Promote Benugo and maintain a positive company image
- Taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do.
- Correctly using work equipment, personal protective equipment in accordance with training and instructions provided.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent customer service skills are essential in this role, as is good verbal communication
- Polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
- It is important that you are a good team player and have a flexible approach and attitude
- You may be asked to multi skill to other areas of the operation. You should be adaptable and willing as well as passionate and hard working.
- Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of customers and colleagues
