The Role
- Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and to respect their privacy and confidentiality
- Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients
- Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you
- Assist with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner
- Prepare meals and drinks
- Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication
- Perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client
- Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management
- Adhere to GDPR
- Attend any training courses that are required

As a support worker you will be required to work days, evenings and weekends (One weekend on and one weekend off.)
