The Role

  • Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and to respect their privacy and confidentiality
  • Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients
  • Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you
  • Assist with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner
  • Prepare meals and drinks
  • Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication
  • Perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client
  • Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management
  • Adhere to GDPR
  • Attend any training courses that are required

As a support worker you will be required to work days, evenings and weekends (One weekend on and one weekend off.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 30 per week

Salary: Up to £11.25 per hour
