The Role

We are working with a care home provider who have established themselves in the sector as one of the 'go to' care providers for dementia care in the North of England. The business offer employees the opportunity to run their own homes with autonomy and develop a career into senior management positions in the future.

This particular service is a purpose-built residential dementia care home that has outperformed its competitors in recent years whereby the provider are now ready to welcome a new Home Manager into the service to drive performance to the next level. As its stands, occupancy and retention are operating at a high level and the CQC rating stands at 'Good' overall.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have management experience and ideally have managed an elderly care home in the Merseyside area.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location
This role is based in Liverpool and is commutable from Southport, St Helens, Orsmkirk and The Wirral

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a 2-stage format.

Stage one: Teams call / Face to face: Operations Director
Stage two: face to face: Operations Director & Quality Director

Summary
My client is seeking a Home Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary up to £70k per annum + bonus.
