Job description

Removal / Delivery Porter Required

We are looking for the right candidate to add to our removals and distribution teams and welcome keen applicants with a great work ethic and attitude to join our team.

We carry our home and business relocations along with multi drop deliveries ranging from sofa, bed or cabinet deliveries.

Experience preferred however not necessary as training will be provided - learn on the job.

Start time will vary from 6am to 8:30am and is on a job and finish basis.

Responsibilities include;

• Carry out home and office removals.
• Move customers' furniture carefully without damaging contents or property.
• Deliver sofas as part of a two man delivery team.

Preferable attributes:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved
• Hard working attitude
• Work quickly and efficiently, paying very close detail to the delicate items you may be handling
• Good time-keeping skills
• Must be reliable
• Friendly and communicative

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £80.00 per day
