Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our friendly team. This role is busy and varied and will include answering incoming calls and messages, scheduling appointments, handling payment transactions and, most importantly, helping to provide the best client and pet experience by phone and in the practice. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is desirable. Additional hours may be available in the future.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
