Job description
Home Care Assistant roles available supporting a collection of our wonderful clients.
- You will never feel rushed, client home visits are a minimum of 1 hour with some companionship visits lasting up to four hours
- Work with the same clients every week to build lasting bonds, both on a one-to-one basis and also alongside our other wonderful carers in double-ups
- All clients are close together, therefore travel time will be minimal
- Some of your clients request companionship, allowing you to go 'out and about' in the city, hitting the shops or going for a coffee together!
Part-time and full-time opportunities available in the Corstorphine, Cramond and Leith areas (you will assigned clients closest to your home)
- Mornings 7am - 1pm AND/OR Evenings 4.30pm - 10pm (hours approx)
- Working every second weekend

Your new role will involve looking after our precious clients in their own homes, allowing them to live with independence in their community amongst family and friends. Supporting them in their day-to-day personal care and living tasks and also providing companionship.

Essential Requirements
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own car
- You must have experience of providing care for other adults or children, whether it is in your personal life, or in a home care or care home setting
- It is essential that you genuinely care about providing client-centered care and helping people live with dignity and respect in their own home
