Home Care Assistant

South Oxfordshire/ Henley/Wallingford/Sonning all over the areas in South Oxfordshire and some areas of Berkshire.

NVQ training will be provided once probation is passed if the candidate is interested in further development. Full care training provided at all times.

Henley on Thames or surrounding area (, Henley, Sonning Common, Wallingford,)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, South Oxfordshire, Berkshire. (surrounding area)

Salary: £12.00 weekdays to £13.00 /hour

If you refer any one you get a £500 referral fee once they pass their 3 month probation

Car is essential

Experience Preferred but we can train up new carers:

DBS check essential

You will be visiting people in their own homes to assist them with household tasks, preparing meals and undertaking personal care tasks, administering medication and occasionally accompanying the client on visits such as to the doctor, hospital or shopping. The care and support given will need to be documented.

Responsibilities

Every person we support has their own needs and personality, and your responsibilities will reflect that. Here are some of the areas that you are most likely to be involved in:

· Daily living skills.

· Safeguarding.

There will be some important administration to do as well, such as dispensing and recording medicines for the people you support and maintaining accurate records and reports. Everything you do should be in line with current legislative and care standards as per CQC guidelines.
