Essential Care Support is a Quality focused company rated 'GOOD' by CQC and dedicated to supporting and caring for adults in their own homes. We support with Companionship, Personal and Practical Care and specialise in Dementia Care
We are recruiting candidates that are Dedicated, Enthusiastic and Reliable and have a flexible approach to work.
Experience is not always essential for the right candidates....and you will have Full Induction Training, Shadow Training and ongoing support to obtain recognised qualifications..!!
You will require a Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Vehicle for Work
We have established areas available within Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding areas
Duties will include:
- Personal Care
- Assisting / Administering Medication
- Assisting Clients with Washing and Dressing
- Food & Fluid Preparation / Monitoring
- Housekeeping
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
- Companionship

Our pay rates are:
Hourly Rate - £10.00 - £12.35 + 45p per mile
Early Morning Shifts (0600 - 0800) £10.15
Evening Shifts (1830 - 2230) £10.15
Weekend Shifts - £11.00
An 'Out of Town Travel Bonus is also paid'*
