Castle Care Teesdale Ltd is a family run company providing domiciliary care to a range of Service Users within Barnard Castle and the surrounding villages.
Main Responsibilities of this role include:
Providing varying levels of care and support to Service Users living in their own homes through assisting Service Users with the required aspects of daily living whilst promoting independence.
Your support role will vary from day to day dependant on the needs of the individual Service Users.
The role of a Home Care Assistant requires candidates to have Good communication and organisational skills.
Be a confident team player
An ability to work on own initiative.
A willingness to further knowledge and skills through training.
Satisfactory DBS Check and references.
Previous care experience is advantageous but not essential as full training and support will be provided and access to completing a Health and Social NVQ.
Car driver essential
Travel allowances applies - £0.30 per mile
