Home Based Virgin Media O2 Customer Service - Collections Advisor

Location: Homebased
Hours: 40 hours per week. Fixed shift patterns available. You will work the same shift each week. You will be required to work 1 weekend day as part of your shift pattern.
Start date: March 2023
Contract: Permanent

You will join Capita as part of our VMO2 team supporting new and existing VMO2 customers.

Job Description:

What will you deliver?

  • Taking inbound calls in a virtual contact centre
  • Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
  • D ealing with a variety of customer questions and queries
  • Taking payments, setting up manageable payment plans, offering short term discounts on their bills
