Job description
Ensure all incoming service requests are logged on Alarm Master
Accept calls on client portals and issue ETA
Ensure works (service calls) are planned in for attendance by prioritising by SLA & ensuring maximum productivity.
To recognise and arrange OOH jobs, 2 man jobs, plant required for jobs
Ensure client PPMs are planned in to ensure SLAs are met
Ensure Escalation/chase e-mails are dealt with and assist where appropriate
Check ‘in progress’/’service incomplete’ jobs to ensure no return visits or out of scope works have been missed
Receive information of breached jobs and assist in replanning to remedy the situation
Providing holiday cover assistance for other team Service Co-ordinator / Call Planners.
Ensure jobs that have or will breach the threshold are flagged to Compliance Supervisor to be actioned
