Job description
As a Booking Supervisor, you will be helping to process incoming bookings from start to finish. Bookings are received via our in-house booking platform from property professionals across the UK. The role includes processing new appointments, talking to Clients and Viewber Members on the phone, responding to emails and ensuring appointments are completed correctly.
One full-time position is currently available, working Tuesday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break). The working hours would be 2080 hours per annum and the salary offered for this is £28,500 per annum.
Whilst the position is home-based, you should live in Hampshire, Berkshire or Surrey so that it is easy to attend in-person training and meetings (currently held every quarter).

Required skills
- 2+ years of experience working from home
- Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- A calm and professional telephone manner
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Maths - for basic calculations
- Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech' company

You will need to have an Office Set-up at home which is free from distractions and noise, as well as your own laptop and high-speed broadband.
