The NHS Wales Management Graduate Scheme offers a two year programme during which you will be based within a Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. An extensive support package is available including full orientation and induction, structured placement rotations, academic programme and coaching, training and mentorship from inspirational and dynamic leaders.
