Examinations Administrator
(Within Quality, Management Information and Student Tracking) Ref – 230396R1
Up to £22,355 p.a.
The Quality, Management Information and Student Tracking (QMIST) team (including Exams) have responsibility for the College’s Management Information System (MIS), Data Quality and Integrity, Funding Returns, Process Management, Examinations, Quality processes, Curriculum Development and Timetabling and a suite of internally developed reports created to support and extend the functionality offered from various externally and internally developed products. The team ensures the highest levels of confidence and quality within the management information it produces and ensures the accuracy of the data returns. It acts as an independent and trusted department for this information to be produced and distributed.
The Examinations Team is a well-established, mature and highly effective part of the function providing a service across all areas of the College. The team provides an essential service to colleagues across the College to learners and staff; supporting achieving outstanding outcomes for all of its learners across all programmes.
This role is to support the department since the increase in examinations across College with introduction of BTEC examinations and End Point Assessment. You will be responsible for certain areas of College in terms of exam administration, set-up and co-ordination. This makes the role varied and interesting on any given day and provides a crucial service to learners across the College.
The role will include appropriate training and support to ensure you can learn all awarding body processes and assist the College in adhering to JCQ and awarding body regulations whilst providing the best service to its learners.

Please note that role may require some evening work and so flexibility of hours is required for this post (these will always be known in advance).
