Are you ready to take the role as our Holiday Home Account Manager at Swift, the UK's top leisure vehicle manufacturer? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and help ensure that our dealers and parks are performing at their best.
As our Holiday Home Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with key accounts and prospects to represent the Swift brand with the highest level of professionalism and performance. You'll actively support the TEAM SWIFT ethos and EPIC Company core values by working positively with others and leading by example.
What a typical day looks like as a Holiday Home Account Manager at Swift:
Your responsibilities will include managing existing accounts and developing new accounts to help grow our business. You'll also assist in promoting the brand at various physical and virtual exhibitions, dealer events throughout the year, and work closely with internal departments, users, and dealers to develop new ideas and opportunities.
But that's not all! You'll also be responsible for driving activity within the business to ensure monthly despatch targets are consistently met. This will include conducting weekly ring rounds to your accounts to gather retail sales information and suggest top-up orders, providing accurate information following ring rounds to identify market intelligence, and proactively checking sales order accuracy to ensure dealer confirmation is received.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as is previous experience working in account management. While experience in the caravan industry is desirable, what we're really looking for is someone who can work well under pressure and isn't afraid to take the lead.
