Holiday and Pet Insurance Advisor
Role: Holiday Insurance Advisor
Role type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid - 1 day a week from the office
Salary: 23,805 (including 9% pension)
Bonus: £1,200 to £3,600 per annum depending on the performance
Hours: 37.5h per week/ 8h per day with 30min of unpaid lunch break
Shifts: Monday to Friday anywhere between 8:00 am to 9:15 pm,
Saturday and Sunday anywhere between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No previous call centre experience is required.

The Company:
An expanding Doncaster-based insurance company who are very customer satisfaction focused. This Company has a fantastic reputation for their customer care but also for the way they train support and progress their employees. As they have expanded to Leeds we now have the pleasure to assist them in their search for Holiday and Pet Insurance ADVISORS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Taking Inbound calls.
· Help with discussing holiday insurance.
· Making policy amendments.
· Matching the right additional insurance policy benefits for the customer.
· Work to targets to achieve goals.
· Work as part of a team.
· Complaints handling.
· Offering customers some of the best understanding of their packages.
· Tailoring company service to ensure customers receive a fantastic journey.
