Location: Home-based plus occasional travel required set by customer and needs of the business. Salary: Competitive base + benefits Job Type: The role Reporting to the Group Director of Project Delivery, you will provide management and leadership to our Project Delivery teams. You will be responsible for successful, on-time / on-budget delivery of projects by effective planning, prioritisation and reporting to delight our customers. Providing leadership to direct reports (Project Managers) on all governance activities and ensuring adherence to delivery processes. Responsibilities Setting and delivering clear objectives and standards as required in project delivery, driving improvements to ownership, performance management and capability. Coordinate with Senior Management to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organisation. Ensure that project implementation is responsive to customer and other stakeholder requirements and aligned with our core values, strategic plan and guiding principles. Serve as primary Project Management escalation point, internally and externally and provide support and assistance to Project Managers in delivering successful project outcomes. Track project budgets and forecasts while working with Project Managers to explain variance and propose and take steps for programmatic course corrections when necessary. Review Monthly Project Reports to ensure strong monthly financial oversight. Provide accurate revenue forecasting for projects, including Non-Recurring (project) Revenues and the timing of the release of Monthly Recurring (managed service) outflow Revenues from projects. About you You will have plenty of experience delivering projects for mid to large enterprises and public sector organisations. Also, demonstrable track record of managing individuals into a cohesive team and a proven record in effectively managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring and governance including risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions management is essential too.
