About the Job:
As a Telesales Consultant at Home Legal Direct, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the best suited service providers from our extensive panel of top-rated solicitors and conveyancers. You will provide them with guidance and support throughout their property transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience until completion. To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a high level of computer literacy and be able to effectively utilize our technology platform to manage sales leads and provide information to clients.
This is a unique sales role, in which cold calling is not a necessity! All the prospect customers are requesting your services.
About You:
We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who are driven to succeed. While prior sales experience is not mandatory, you should possess exceptional telephone manner, be able to confidently engage with potential clients, and have a strong ability to close sales. You should also have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
