Location: HISP Teaching School Hub – Tanners Brook Primary School, Southampton
Salary: Pay scale C: £18,285 (FTE £21,190)
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday: 8.30am-4pm - Term time only
Contract: Fixed term 1-year contract initially (possibility of role becoming permanent)
Responsible to: Teaching School Hub Deputy Director
To support our growth and scale up of activity, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic administration assistant to support our Teaching School Hub administration team to provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient administration service for all Teaching School Hub activity. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for the full range of administrative duties, including diary management, photocopying, filling, database up-keep, ordering resources as needed and supporting with Teaching School Hub event administration, event set up and event pack down.
We are seeking an individual who has:
· Previous administrative experience and experience of delivering high-quality front-line Customer Service.
· Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal/ listening skills.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks and respond to change in a complex and demanding environment.
