I am currently recruiting a Studio Manager/Project Manager for a premium fashion brand, this is an operational role for someone highly organised. Reporting into the Brand Creative Directors, the Studio Manager is a stand-alone role supporting the operational running of the Brand Creative Studio. As Studio Manager, you'll manage and traffic the flow of work across our Brand Creative and store Interior Design teams.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Manage all inbound briefs, schedule, and delegate to the correct creative team.
- Track briefs and timelines, advising on key milestones and deadlines.
- Support the department with administrative tasks and file management.
- This role is essential in ensuring the studio operates to its optimum, so a positive and proactive team player is necessary.
- Maintain a project tracker ensuring all projects stay on schedule.
- Work with Creative Managers to prioritise work in accordance with conflicting deadlines.
- Support the Brand Creative Directors by managing the daily studio operations alongside the other creative managers.
- Liaise with third party external production companies to ensure assets are received and filled correctly.
- Set up, maintain, and update a global asset portal for all brand assets.
- Distribute seasonal asset packs to global partners.
- General administrative support across the department, including raising PO's, asset management and stakeholder communication.
Person Specification:
- Sound knowledge of IT packages - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Basic experience with using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of the creative process and how creative projects and team operate.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication.
- Confident, calm and highly organised.
