Position: Appointment Setter

OTE (On Target Earnings): £6 - 8k/mo for a high performer within 60-90 days, with £3k - 5k/mo for the first couple months while ramping up
Core Offer: £17,000 12 Month Coaching Program
Communication Channels: Facebook group, VSL/Webinar opt-ins, Cold outreach with written communication via DMs, texting, etc
About the role: This is a highly interactive role! We run a 5 day masterclass once a month. We host this masterclass inside our Facebook group. You'll be calling each lead that opts in as well as sending them a DM so you can interact with them daily, ensuring they convert into an appointment! Hence why this role requires our appointment setter to be highly social on social media. You won't be afraid of being active in the Facebook group, and being social with our leads/members!
Schedule Requirements: Full time required with high standards and high accountability, along with:
- Expected Hours: Ideally 9am - 5:30pm GMT (UK Time Zone)
- There will be one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required when there is a masterclass once a month
- Making 200 dials a day will be our minimum KPI for 2 weeks leading into masterclass week, 100 dials a day for non-masterclass weeks (3,000 dials a month)
Location Requirements:
- Candidates would ideally be based in the UK
Commission Structure:
- £2k monthly base (depending on experience and may be contingent on a minimum amount of calls or sales activity - please discuss with the business)
- £600 per set closed on £17k offer
- £300 per set closed on downsell offer
BONUS:
- £1k = 10 closed sets in a month
- £2k = 15 closed sets in a month
- £3k = 20 closed sets in a month
