Job description
We're looking for new team members!
We are a small independent speciality coffee shop in the heart of the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne.
We’re looking for a new team member who has experience within, and a passion for, the specialty coffee industry to work 2-4 days per week (this includes weekdays & weekend) during our busy midday period. Approx 5 hours per day.
The applicant will have the necessary experience outlined below and have excellent customer service skills to make sure all customers are well looked after. Must have confidence in multitasking in a fast-paced setting whilst working alongside other staff and keeping the coffee shop running smoothly.
The shift will include : Serving customers, preparing food, washing up, following the cleaning rota...
Relevant experience for the role :
- Food handling (ideally will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate)
- Some barista/speciality coffee knowledge so you can engage with customers placing orders. Or preferably full barista training and experience.
