As a high intensity therapist you will work with adults from a variety of backgrounds either on an individual basis or through facilitating groups.
You will work with patients with depression and anxiety problems. A large part of your role will be to assess a patients suitability for evidence-based psychological interventions, formulating and implementing treatment and evaluating progress.
You'll be formally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have or be eligible to apply for professional accreditation from the relevant professional body.
We are committed to providing regular supervision and continuing professional development to support your work. We are a friendly, supportive team with a focus on promoting both the wellbeing of staff and patients.
You’ll have experience of working with people with mental health conditions and will need to use a range of clinical, organisational and leadership skills on a daily basis.
