Job description
Nottingham based, Specialist transport family business are recruiting an additional HGV Class 1 Low Loader driver.
We specialise in transportation for the highways and construction industries, plus delivering bespoke loads and service through a variety of one-off requirements to both commercial and domestic customers.
Operating locally in Nottinghamshire, the Midlands and across the Highways of Great Britain, with expanding contracts we require an additional Class 1 low-loader driver to join our family-run business, established over 100 years.
The role will require moving contractors plant and machinery between various sites, thus CPCS or NPORS an advantage.
The role includes both day and night shifts with occasional nights, benefitting from additional HMRC expense allowance, excellent rates of pay i.e. £750-£850 per week. (£40,000+)
Drivers over 25, with clean license and 3 years experience preferred, though not essential for right candidate. Training can be provided for right candidate. Role includes loading/offloading of plant and machinery .
