Position: Helpdesk Administrator (Part Time, Hybrid)

Annual Salary: £8,197.80 Per Annum

Location: Glasgow- Caledonia House

Hours: 15 hours per week

Shifts: 9-5pm Saturday/Sunday (OT available during summer)

Training in office, Remote working starts after training, with occasional office visits

Our client, a global market leading facilities management company, are actively looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work on a part time basis. Working within their busy and vibrant Glasgow Head Office while also working from home in this Hybrid position.

Job Purpose:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, logging jobs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards.
  • Working in partnership with customers to achieve results.
  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, and emails.
  • End to end job management.
  • Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence.

Skills Required for this role:

  • Helpdesk experience in facilities management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
  • Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • Previous contact centre/call centre/ helpdesk experience is a must.
