Helpdesk Operator
Contract: Healthcare
Location: London
Hours of work: 37.5
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: £15.10
Are you able to stay organised while being able to confidently build rapport with colleagues and customers alike? As a Helpdesk Operator with ISS UK, you will support and work our helpdesk, keeping a professional work ethic both to support and improve the service. Your organisational skill will be used both on the helpdesk and when you work on more general admin tasks.

The Role
- Create, maintain and improve working relationships with the people you interact with daily
- Respond to any incidents or complaints speedily and effectively
- Carry out all tasks with due regard to the highest level awareness of correct policies and procedures
- Ensure all office equipment is in good working order and to report all faulty equipment immediately
- Maintain a secure and safe working environment
- Be an active member of the your team, always looking to assist those around you
About You
- Previous experience in administration and office management, preferably with in estates
- Experience of a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
- The ability in working on your own initiative
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems in an effective manner
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Can work with large amounts of data and keep accurate within a timely manner
