My client is seeking to hire a Helpdesk Support / Customer Service Advisor who will have the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation. You will have excellent customer service skills, with a passion for developing your expertise within the IT industry. Offering a superb starting salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on your experience.

The Role:
- Support desktop and networks which are built around Microsoft technologies.
- Be confident when speaking to customers on the phone, to provide support.
- Support and troubleshoot wired & wireless infrastructures.
- Perform triage and 1st line remote support.
- Be involved in project tasks, with the ability to bring ideas to the table.
Skills and attributes required:
- Microsoft 356
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
