Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our Service Desk team. You will be assisting the service desk to undertake investigation, diagnosis of client raised software issues leading to their solution or workaround.
The ideal candidate will have
Previous experience in a Service desk or Customer Service environment
Must have very strong technical problem management skills, able to investigate trends, to apply a methodical approach to identify root cause and suggestions for solution(s)
Strong customer service approach and a team player
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively working to agreed SLAs.
Ability to work calmly in a busy customer focused environment
Required technical experience:
- T-SQL & Microsoft SQL Server Databases
Beneficial experience:
- Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- ASP.net and ASP.net core (C#)
