Job description

The Ugly Duckling are looking to recruit multiple bar attendants to join our team. You will join on a part time or full time basis & will receive an equal share of tips.

As a bar attendant you will play a vital role in our endeavour to increase sales of cocktails and premium drinks, this is an exciting role which will see you influence our bars new focus covering bottomless brunches.

Responsibilities include;

• Ensuring every guest interaction is positive
• Undertake all bar back responsibilities where needed
• Follow specs at all times
• Undertake any managerial requests
• Commit to maintaining excellent standards
• Work well as part of a small independent team
• Commit to making our bar a destination

Experience;

• Bartending 1 year (required)

Who are we looking for;

• You will need to be friendly, confident, personable and enjoy interacting with other people.
• You must be passionate about cocktails & have a good overall knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Be a team player with plenty of energy and stamina
• Somebody who takes pride in their work & appearance
