Accelerate Facilities is looking to recruit a new Helpdesk Advisor to join their diverse and ever-growing workforce.
The role of Helpdesk advisor is crucial to the customer service experience and contract delivery to Accelerates portfolio of clients. The helpdesk joins all Operational Aspects and Customer Delivery with Company Compliance and Policy acting as part of this team is fundamental to the business.
Job Description:
To ensure a proactive and intelligent approach is applied to Customer Experience, Contract Delivery, 360 Degree Communication, Service Partner Management and Operational Support. This is an administration based role working within customer service.
Previous administration experience is preferred however training is given on the job.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
ROP: £10.42 p/h with a pay rise after successful completion of probationary period.
Office role, based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
Education
- A minimum of GCSE or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-year customer service experience (preferable)
- Experienced with Microsoft office package
