Junior Helpdesk/1st Line IT Support
Candidates should be based in the North of England or South Wales
An opportunity to join a small, but busy, team on a helpdesk supporting various customers in the hospitality sector. The position is 100% remote (working from home) with a small amount of work at our customer sites. Your task will be to resolve 1st Line issues reported either by email or on the phone.
Interpersonal skills:
· Ability to work alone (as this is primarily a home based position) and part of a team
· Excellent customer facing skills with non-technical customers
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to work calmly under pressure
· Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience of the following (Not essential):
· 1st Line remote support
· Windows 10/11 Desktop and Laptops
· MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc
· Printers and other peripherals
Must have full UK driving license and a car (expenses refunded)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
