Job description
We are looking for someone to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
About The Job
- General reception duties
- Approving labour records/timesheets
- Booking meetings/Travel organization etc.
- A Work Flow Co-ordinator will require an organized and calm attitude with excellent people skills to be able to deal with queries, visitors, and incoming calls.

They will be responsible for supporting site alarm tests, weekly audits on-site and ensuring any defect is dealt with either by reporting upwards or raising a job with the Help desk or appropriate party to ensure a quick resolution.
We would be looking for someone who is a customer focussed with a strong personality. -
The successful applicant would also need some management skills and be able to work alone as well as with the customer.
- Logging hours worked
- Raising invoices
- Helpdesk Administration

Goods in/out & ordering as well as other general administrative tasks supporting the department
IMMEDIATE start is available.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Competent in MS Office - Outlook/Word/Excel as well as other CAFM systems
- High level of accuracy with data entry & general work attitude/professionalism
- Strong communicator & organization skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Happy to learn from other teammates
