Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator / Receptionist for a role based in the Chesterfield area.

We are looking for someone to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

About The Job
Working with a Facilities Management company, the role is to carry out general administrative duties relating to the Facilities Management contracts which include:
  • General reception duties
  • Approving labour records/timesheets
  • Booking meetings/Travel organization etc.
  • A Work Flow Co-ordinator will require an organized and calm attitude with excellent people skills to be able to deal with queries, visitors, and incoming calls.
  • They will be responsible for supporting site alarm tests, weekly audits on-site and ensuring any defect is dealt with either by reporting upwards or raising a job with the Help desk or appropriate party to ensure a quick resolution.
    We would be looking for someone who is a customer focussed with a strong personality.
  • The successful applicant would also need some management skills and be able to work alone as well as with the customer.
Experienced with one, or all,
  • Logging hours worked
  • Raising invoices
  • Helpdesk Administration
  • Goods in/out & ordering as well as other general administrative tasks supporting the department
07:00-17:00 Mon to Fri
permanent for the right person.
IMMEDIATE start is available.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Competent in MS Office - Outlook/Word/Excel as well as other CAFM systems
  • High level of accuracy with data entry & general work attitude/professionalism
  • Strong communicator & organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads
  • Happy to learn from other teammates
