We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Heating Compliance Team Manager to ensure we remain compliant and keep our customers safe.
About the role
The Heating Compliance Team Manager will lead a team of heating engineers and sub-contractors delivering our gas/heating servicing program. You will be responsible for ensuring resources are sufficient to meet demand, delivering a high quality service with a focus on compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to keep our customers, colleagues and stakeholders safe.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You must have sound technical knowledge of heating and hot water systems in a domestic setting and be able to coach, motivate and engage others.

The successful candidates will work in our Property Services Heating Compliance team led by our Heating Compliance Manager, Dave Brown.

- Heating Compliance Team Manager – permanent role
- Salary is £39,152 per annum (pending pay award)
- £550 flexible pot (which can be used for salary top-up)
- Karbon Car Payment of £2012 per annum.
- Location: Newburn or Stanley
- 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday) with some home/flexible working available.
