Business Management:

Ø To oversee, plan, organise and coordinate all service line related activity and to ensure the standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contract are achieved, maintained and developed, thus providing effective delivery of services to the client organisation
Ø Effectively manage continuous improvements, taking corrective action where necessary and informing line manager of performance issues
Ø Ensure robust health and safety procedures are implemented, reviewed and reported on a regular basis
Ø Ensure all schedules are efficient and regularly monitored to deliver to client requirements, managing rosters and the allocation of work schedules accordingly
Ø Monitor service performance against relevant KPIs and SLAs using relevant tools as instructed by line manager
Ø Ensure all work requests are actioned and recorded in line with SLAs
Ø Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards
Ø Ensure daily inspections are carried out proactively to improve standards
Ø Ensure actions and feedbacks from audits are communicated to the team
Ø Fully understand the agreed Specification and Scope of Works
Ø Take responsibility for the day to day successful delivery of service
Ø Liaise with the Management about all changes which affect requirements, including additional equipment or areas to be serviced, increase or reduction in frequency or any new services
Ø Ensure up to date and accurate stock records are in place
Ø Ensure services are provided in a cost effective manner
Ø Ensure all ad hoc work is recorded and submitted to Management on completion
Ø Cover management duties if required
HSEQ:
Ø Encourage a safer culture for everyone in the organisation in everything you do every time you do it

Ø Use all equipment correctly and safely at all times in accordance with training received
Ø Work safely at all times giving due consideration for the safety of others
Ø Report any accidents, near hits and cases of ill health to the Line Manager
Ø Assist the company during investigations of accidents and safety related incidents
Ø Notify line management of safety training needs
Ø Assist the business in improving safety systems and performance through co-operation and communication
Ø Observe clients and ISS safety rules at all times and promote good safety habits
Ø Ensure team members follow the safety rules at all times
Ø Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety Legislation
Ø Ensure Site Files are updated including COSHH, Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with the IMS
Ø Ensure store cupboards are clean and tidy
Ø Ensure all equipment is checked daily and maintained to be safe for use
Ø Ensure monthly Tool Box Talks are delivered and documented
Ø Actively support and promote a Health and Safety culture
Ø Ensure all site security policies are adhered to

People Management & Development:
Ø Project a positive image and be a role model for others
Ø Provide support to train new staff members
Ø Provide support to other team members on work related issues
Ø To attend training/meetings both off site and in house as required
Ø Lead the team in their daily activities to ensure schedules are kept to
Ø Lead and promote engagement, empowerment to drive pride, purpose and service excellence
Ø Assist Management with a recruitment and induction of all front line operational staff members ensuring compliance with ISS new starter processes
Ø Assist Management with Planning of resource to ensure maximum efficiency of hours
Ø Working with Management to identify training needs within the ISS team, recommending training programs, assists with monitoring and evaluating the effect of that training
Ø Report to the Management about any disciplinary issues at work place.
Ø Ensure Attendance Procedures (Sickness/ Absence) are monitored and maintained
Ø Ensure all training records are kept up-to-date
Ø Ensure the Right to Work processes are carried out and documentation is complete
Ø Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation and monthly reports
Ø Sickness & absences Management process completed in line with company policies
