The Position: They are now recruiting for two newly created positions, to be based Northern and Southern UK. These ABM roles as they have been titled, will be tasked with sales and marketing activities in order to drive sales at a more strategic level.

Basic salary: c£40,000
Bonus: £10-15k
Area working: Northern UK (to be based Staffs, Manchester, Leeds-M62 area)
Products: Midline catheters, implantable ports, elastomeric pump, digital sedation (Sedikit)
Your experience:
You will be a graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in either a medical device sales and/or product management background, with a thorough understanding of business processes and strategy development. You will have a growth mindset, be keen to develop your career and put in the work necessary to do so. The role:
The role of an ABM is a mixture of sales and marketing activities. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the existing sales team, but working more strategically within specific promoted product group. The stakeholders you will engage with will be higher level than those which the sales reps typically do.They will include leads in ICSs and Finance Directors. Working with the BDM you will develop business management goals and objectives to promote growth within these product ranges. The role will also need to identify opportunities for growth in both current and prospective markets. Covering 1/2 the country, travel will be required which may include some extended periods away from home and some overseas trips. Typically you can expect to be travelling 3 days per week, with 2 days home based.
