A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Senior Nurse, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Support the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team, to provide excellent holistic, patient centred palliative care.
- Be part of a highly skilled and driven team including nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social worker, Chaplain and volunteers.
- Daily duties supporting patients with their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing and meals.
- Working within a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.

Salary: £ 21,814 - £ 23,820 (pro-rata)
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) (pro-rata)
Hours: 30 hours / week (part-time)
