NurtureCare is commissioned to support both complex children and young adults with additional health needs within the home environment, we have exciting opportunities for reliable, passionate and dedicated Children and Young Adults Health Care Assistants across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

Who we are looking for:
- You will have previous experience of working in care.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- To be based in the Nottingham area
Specific to package:
Mansfield - Hours: 10 hour waking nights - 21.00-07.00
Hucknall - Hours: 10 hour waking nights - 21.00-07.00
Hucknall - Variety of shifts - 07:00-11:00, 11:30-19:00, 19:00-07:00
Hucknall - Hours: 8 hour waking nights - 22.00-06.00 Monday to Sunday
Wollaton - Hours: 12 hour waking nights - 21.00-09:00 - Monday and Sunday
Bilborough - Hours: 10 hour waking nights - 21.00-07.00
Desirable skills and experience:
- Gastrostomy care
- Chest management
- Ventilation
- Seizure management/Emergency medication administration
- Medication administration
- Tracheostomy care
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Full UK driver's licence
