Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Contract Length: 12 Months

Working Hours: 8 per day 40 per week
Engagement via an umbrella company only
Role Overview:
- Responsible for managing the integrated workstream delivery team which may comprise of 3rd party contractors to successfully deliver the design and execution of the identified scope ensuring timeliness and right levels of quality.
- The project manager will provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the workstream delivery and own risk management aspects across core business delivery and functional aspects of procurement, digital, workplace, people & culture, finance and transition.
- Responsible Vendor management - Assessment & Analysis, Communications, Selection and Onboarding oversight
- Responsible for providing workstream specific inputs for central benefits tracking.
- Responsible for ensuring all identified interfaces are addressed.
- Expected to work across a complex stakeholder landscape with senior stakeholders across production regions/refineries and bpS to ensure the required support is secured to deliver the programme successfully.
- Further ensure quality assurance of the work executed by 3rd party contractors tasked with the key responsibilities across the course of the programme.
What you will do:
- Detailed project planning and ensuring timely project delivery (track progress against plan)
- Risk Assessment and Tracking
- Ensure stakeholder identification and alignment to the programme
- Workstream/Project Governance - Drive governance forums to provide visibility to leadership
- Data Security & Privacy - Ensure data security practices are adhered to
- Leadership reporting
- Inputs for benefits tracking
- Scope change control
- Vendor management - Assessment & Analysis, Communications, Selection and Onboarding oversight
- Interface management
What you will have:
- Experience in project management and managing and complex multi stakeholder landscape
- Understanding of bp and bp's P&O business (preferred)
- Experience in working with external contractors or consulting agencies to ensure project delivery
- Microsoft Office Suite
