Zone Central is a dedicated provider of bespoke and potential reaching young people’s services which includes residential homes, short break stays and buddying services for those who have a diagnosis of learning difficulties, autism, and complex physical and health needs.
We are currently expanding our service and have a range of vacancies for Support Workers based in Catford. These include full and part time as well as day and waking night roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Zone Central as we expand our services within London.
Our day shifts run from 7.00 - 19.30, our waking night shifts are 19:00 - 07:00. On a full time (37.5) hour contract you will therefore be expected to work 3 shifts per week, with part time roles considered for 25 or per week.

Zone Central's Support Worker duties will include supporting young people within their local community and in our services to develop their skills, meet their individual needs, partake in holidays and be submerged in a wide variety of activities. Our team will also support in the following areas:
- Daily living skills
- Social interaction and peer involvement
- A wide range of on-site and off-site activities
- Independence skills in home and at work
We require our team members to engage in Zone Centrals vision and opportunities in order to enable our young people to have enhanced life experiences. We will provide all training and knowledge required to do so, however the following experience would be desirable for this role:
- Experience working with young people with additional needs
- Level 3 Diploma

Full Time equivalent of 37.5 hours per week with some part time vacancies available (3 x 12.5 hour shifts per week either days or nights)
Zone Central pay £11.11 per hour for Support Worker roles.
